Apartment Reviews for Perkins Place Apartments - Belcamp

I've lived here for almost a year and so far it hasn't been bad. My neighbors aren't noisy, the place always has something being done to it, be it the grass cut or the trees being trimmed or watered but the upkeep is good. We just got a new management team that seems to be great. I think they're doing a really good job. Parking is great, there is always plenty of space anywhere.
The only thing that I don't like is the storage space. The townhomes have attics and a small place under the steps to store things but the bedrooms aren't too helpful. I would've liked to have more space in them to put my things but, I guess it's not really that bad. At least we have enough space to put all our things.....
All in all is it a good place. Specially, like I said, since there is new management. The previous managers were good but I'd have to say that the new people are great :)
