Review for Capital View Apartments

Capital View which is now part of Gateway Gardens is a nice and quiet community. I lived there for a little over a year. It is a great starter apartment. Management is awesome. Very polite, competent, and hard-working individuals. Maintenance is also very good and very responsive.

Downfalls...

Roaches!!!! I hate roaches, and they would not go away no matter how clean you are!!! They do come in once a month to treat the apartment but it did not really help.

The one bedroom is also very small but like I said, would make a great starter apartment.

The parking is terrible. You do have one assigned space which is good but if you have two cars, or have guest over, it is definitely a problem. Most of the time I ended up parking at Gateway Gardens and taking a ten minute walk to my apartment. Very inconvenient!!!
