Review for Capital View Apartments

When i first moved here in 1999 these were very good apartments and the management team was awsome, however i am still here in 2007 and a lot has changed! Especially the management (property manager) is uncaring, rude, pompus, they do not live up to their promise to the tenants or the tenants bill of rights, the property manager has no business being in that position, and do not look to the corporate office to be any help, except if you send in a compliment, then you get an almost instant reply! But send in a complaint, and they will ignore you to the hilt! I would not reccommend this complex t the Devil himself as much as i dislike him!
