Review for Capital View Apartments

When I first moved to Capital View Apartments everything was fine. This was January 2006...bring us to the present and I can tell you it was all a gimmick. Southern Management has a policy that will let you out of your rental agreement with them no questions asked if you are not satisfied in the first 30 days!! So of course you receive superb service. The Property Manager should be so lucky that no one has spit in her face. She is one of the nastiest, rudest, arrogant people on this side of the earth. Her assistant just kisses her a@%! The Corporate office is a joke. There is no chain of command. There is no one you can talk to. If your problems get to bad please document, take pictures and call 7 on your side.
