Review for Horton Realty Apartments

Very useless about fixing problems. Delivered the rental property with multiple problems -- non-working fixtures, missing screens, broken appliances. Property also had issues with mice and cockroaches. Horton makes promises and assurances about getting things fixed that he does not keep. Tenant delivered a list of problems within the first days of occupancy, but none were fixed in a timely manner! In fact, most have yet to be fixed, multiple months after move-in. I would not recommend using Horton for any sort of business -- either as an owner or renter. Based on my experiences so far, Horton and his company are entirely unfit for any property -- not even a doghouse!
