Review for Hillside Heights Apartments

When I moved in two years ago it was nice the neighbors were nice. The next summer...please. Roaches outside the building you have to wait until they move to walk. Kids/young adults hang out cursing, banging on the walls, leaving garbage every and anywhere. Maintenance comes in to chill in your apartment and socialize with you before, during, and after the work is done. You have to remind the apartment manager of maintenance problems 2-3 times. It's better just to call the corporate office to get things done. They turn off the water first then post a notice. You have to wait for the kids to move out of you way to walk into your apartment. Gun shots on the regular, phony police harassing the wrong people knowing who is out there dealing. They call themselves a "gated community", well....the gates have never worked the whole time I've lived here. Apartment does not take responsibility for apartment damage due to water leaks. Every time I pay my rent their are different people working inside. Do Not Live Here If You Have a Family.
