Review for Briarcliff Apartments East Apartments

Apartment heavily infested with centipedes during spring and summer. Cannot be killed with exterminators, who came out at least five times to spray. Forced to keep trash inside your apartment every weekend until Monday. Watch out for holidays as then you will be forced to keep your trash inside for three to four days at a time. Its disgusting. Office staff very unhelpful and unprofessional. You share your gas bill with multiple builidings, with no separate meters and no way of knowing your actual consumption. During winter months, you WILL pay at least $250-300 a month for gas and electric.
