Horrible Maintenance, Unhelpful Staff

I have lived in Century apartments for over a year and I am extremely disappointed with their maintenance. Everytime I make a repair request, I must follow up with several phone calls. In all it generally takes maintenance a week or so to come out anf fufill your request.
