Apartment Review for Seven Springs Village

I lived at Seven Springs for 4 years. At first it was great, but then it just went downhill and fast! There is an arsonist living in the building. The elevator is always out. The front door locks and several other entrane doors are locked, so there is no safety.

The gates never close. We killed 6 rats in 2 months!!! Our entire floor and several other floors had rats and the leasing office did nothing! They said it's your own problem.

We had a leak in our bathroom vent from upstairs. They never came to clean it up and it took forever to clean and get rid of the smell.

The office staff was beyond rude. Whenever I called for maintenance, they were just like, fix it yourself.

Don't move in here. When I moved, so did half the complex....that area sucked bigtimes!!
