Apartment Review for The Towers Of Westchester Park

I had a package delivered (my hard tags from Fairfax, VA). I had it delivered to my apartment because I thought it would be safe to have it delivered to front desk where I live. I kept calling dealership, they tracked it and said it was signed by Bonnie Martin (security lady). She said that she never signed anything and what do I have?...No hard tags, I have to go to the DMV in person even though I bought a new car to get another set of tags.

Management, especially Teresa, seems to not care at all and told me to be more careful and I should have delivered it to my actual apartment when I was there if it was such an important and sensitive packet. What's more safe than having management and my residence take care of my mail and deliveries? They do not care at all about their residence. They seem as if they do when you first move in, but then when something goes wrong, their never at fault and it's nothing that can be done by them.
