Apartment Reviews for Town And Country Rossville - Columbia

Well, I loved the setup, the big windows and the wooded area. Parking was okay. Snow Removal was great. The apartment was very quiet, but I think I didn't have anyone living below me the whole year I was there (I was on the 3rd floor). But there was something alive up in the attic. You could hear it scratching and it drove my cats (and me) crazy. Once they turn the heat or AC on, its great, but you have to wait for them to switch it over to heat or AC, which can make for a very hot or cold couple of days. Maintenance was okay, although they didn't always fix the problem, they atleast tried. Oh. One more thing, I didn't really have a roach infestation, but in the year I lived there, I found a total of 5 roaches. Gross, but it could be worse.
