Review for Park Berkshire Apartments

I was there for 4 years, the first year and half was ok. Then i was like what happened. kids outside past 12am, throwing trash in front of the buildings, even peeing in front on them. i didn't let my children go outside, i had to take them to a park. The parking lot was a mile and a half from my building, so i dreaded carrying groceries in the house, not to mention the laundry rooms are in every other 4 buildings or something like that, so the my option was the laudromat, that probably was best option after seeing the laundry room. NEVER seen maintnance cleaning up the complex, hallways always a mess. People in front of just about all the bulidings all the time. One night while me and my husband was on the balcony, some guys started shooting right in front of us at someone standing in front of the next building. We seen it all, one of the guys was lying in a puddle of blood until the police came. But that's not the worst of it, my building along with about 3 or 4 other buildings were INFESTED with RODENTS. Informed rental office, they practically did nothing, I tried to handle it, but more and more just kept coming, so i finally couldn't take it, i had to go.
