Review for Delvale Garden Apartments

I love my apartment, but the condition of my front door and the outside areas are a disgrace. I am ashamed to bring strangers or friends to show off my apartment. The dumpsters are always overflowing with garbarge, or someone's furniture. Right now they are in the process of redoing the concreted sidewalk. Well, between the children walking through all of the muck and tracking it in on the light colored carpets, and the apartment maintenance not keeping the outside areas clean of debris and such, one of my neighbors who has health problems has fallen twice and is filing a lawsuit because they have stones and debris setting in the gutters. The parents of some of the small children do not watch their children, and allow them to dig through the dumpsters. So, sometimes there is trash strewn about in front of the building entrances, busted up debri like furniture and wood that the children have drug to their play place, etc. And, the laundry rooms!!! that is another story. You are lucky if you are able to complete a load of laundry because the machines are more often than not broken down, and I don't know how money I have lost in the machines because one day they would be working and the next day they are not. No one ever posts signs saying they are broken. And last but not least, there are more drug dealers and crack head whores living in this complex then there are decent respectable hard working people with families. NEED I SAY MORE. And the management, Deborah Torres and Frank Scarfield owner allow them to continue living there. Huh. Surprise Surprise. This place is a joke and I wish I had never moved in.
