Review for Delvale Garden Apartments

Management had people evicted for their children playing with trash and being a nuissance to the neighborhood, yet the drug dealers are still around. The laundry rooms are dirty and smell bad. The laundry machines get broken into once in a while and they dont get fixed for weeks at a time. There are problems with parts of the road flooding with water, which freezes in the winter and puts people at risk of slipping and getting badly injured. They have workers curently doing work on the sidewalks. There were beams removed from underneath decks without notification to the people who live there. What the h*ll were they thinking? Plus, someone has slipped twice on the rubble the workers left laying around outside of the caution tape that they put up.
