At first glance; landscaping is very presentable, exterior appearance of complexes are clean. Interior of apartments seemed very nice when based on the extremely low rent which includes utilities. However when finally moved in; Major pest problem, poor craftsmanship in parts that were hidden (2ft long holes behind stove, refrigerator). Extremely rude neighbors. No manors what so ever. Everything can be heard through walls, as well as felt (i heard every single foot step made by the upstairs neighbor not to mention her four children). There is a security gate and gaurd...that are left open and the gaurd no where to be found. There is however a very well kept pool, a swim would be nice if you manage to evade everyone in the way. The parking is plentiful, but theft and vandilism was a major issue. Loitering was endless throughout my entire stay. Felt as if one had to overcome obstacles just to get past the thugs sitting at the front steps (this is strictly prohibited in the lease and never enforced). Area slowly becoming section eight housing with open invitations for trashy people. Children playing in the middle of the street without a care for traffic, parents didnt seem to care either. The management office is the equivalent of highschool drop outs in need of some pocket change. Maintenance has poor worksmanship but responsive in time of need. If in need of low income housing this is the place to go. Be wary of when moving out, keep everything that was initially given to you or else a fine will apply beginning from something as small as a laminated pool pass.
