Apartment Reviews for Harford Village North Apartments - Forest Hill

I have lived here for 3 years and I cannot think of one major complaint. I live on Louanne Court, so parking has never been an issue. My neighbors have been kind, helpful and generally quiet. I am in my 50s and have always had my own house, so I had to adjust to hearing people walking above me. That is just part of apartment life! Management has been helpful and maintenance is good. I have a balcony and face a pond. I've enjoyed watching the families of geese and squirrels. I would recommend this place to anyone!
