Review for Forest Creek Apartments

I lived in this complex for 9 years and the last 2 were the worst. Management allowed ruff necks to hang in the parking lot and smoke and sell drugs, and were aware of it. They did it in the same area that the leasing office was located. My window was broken twice by these thugs, and I lived in a basement apartment. It took maintenance 3 weeks to fix it, then 3 days later a thug broken it again. When I informed management of this, they tried to get me to pay for it. I put in my 30 day notice, and the window was not fixed when I departed from the property. If you are single and want safety, this is not the place for you.
