Apartment Reviews for Remington Place Apartments - Fort Washington

Since this place has been under new management, it got better. I am a single female, and have not had any major problems. They have bootleg elevators that can be a lil scary or out of service sometimes; the electricity goes off easliy in a bad storm; they turn the water off periodically for "maintenance"; and they do have roaches but they do spray and if you keep your apt clean you shouldnt have a problems. they dont tow in the parking lots; but females watch out cause theres always people watchin you from their windows!! The walls can be kinda thin too.... but overall its quiet, nothin out of the usual for an apt building in PG county! the mgmt staff is pretty cool. <P>
