This property is an overpriced DUMP -- every property owner has an agenda to make money and make money only (forget the rent paying, law abiding citizens. However, since you're stuck in a lease (an the owners know this) the lease is a two part agreement, they do for you and you for them, however it doesn't work this way with this property. It's high time, individuals stopped letting these companies get away with murder especially when the community becomes 80% to 100% minority. What makes them think we don't want the best things in life like every other person in America. This property is particulary disturbing because it charge one of the, if not the, highest rent in the area. TENANTS CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. If you have the time, type a form letter and have the tenant who does not have computer access sign it and forward it to the Attorney General. It will take extra on your part, however it SHOULD at least make the property manager/owner give you what you are paying for. <P>
