Apartment Review for Rosecroft Mews

When I moved here in September 2005 it was my first apartment and a nightmare. The day we start moving in they were painting and putting up blinds and they knew we were moving in 1 month prior. The person before me had left the apartment for 2 to 3 months. The washer didn't work and they had plenty of touch up paint to do. The refrigerator was leeking for 2 months before they replaced it. pigeons in the master bedroom wall and complained but nothing was done. A mouse entered the apartment because of a hole in the wall. Contacted the office and the employees laugh. I would not recommend this apartment to my enemy. <P>
