Apartment Review for Rosecroft Mews

I've lived in the DC Metro area for 13 years. Grew up in the projects of NY. However, this property takes the cake. A bunch oF inadequately trained, no rental law knowing, bunch of idiots in management positions. Trust me when I tell you, they don't get (or even TRY to get anything)right. If you pay your rent on time -- you still might get a summons -- they credited the wrong account. If an appliance is broken, they write a ticket, however, they never get around to fixing anything!!!!!!! Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator all appliances designed in the 1960's. If you complain, the employees of the rental office will NEVER, encourage the maintenance staff to repair anything EVER again (during your entire stay). Highest rent in the area -- electric, water, sewage. Garbage piles up like Egypts pyramids in the dumpsters that you are paying extra for, 95% of the plumbing (RAW SEWAGE) backs up into the apartments -- paying extra for sewage???!! I don't think so! -- you're paying extra for incompetent people's bonuses. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT'S RUN BY ABSOLUTE IDIOTS THAT THINK IT'S A JOKE TO LOCK YOU INTO LEASE AND PROVIDE YOU WITH NO SERVICES...IF GOD AND CARMA ARE TRUE, I HOPE THEY GET WHAT'S COMING TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE STUPID, UNPROFESSIONAL, BOW DOWN TO THE ESTABLISHMENT, ABSOLUTE IDIOTS. They can laugh now, but before it's over, I'm almost certain, they will experience what they've dished out. I've now contacted the Board of Health to shut this piece of s!*t property down. They are low lifes, liars, con artists, false advertisers (and these are the nicest names I can come up with) PRAYING THAT THEY WILL GET THEIRS -- BUNCH OF A**HOLE LOSERS AND UNEDUCATED FOREIGNORS. WHEN YOU MOVE INTO ROSECROST, BE YOU AMERICAN OR NOT, WELCOME TO THE BEST OF WHAT A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY HAS TO OFFER HERE IN THE UNITED STATES. Pay top dollar, get now service and enjoy your HUT!!! MANAGEMENT, IF YOU CAN CALL YOURSELVES THAT, WELCOME TO THE UNITED STATES HALL OF SHAME!!! POTENTIAL RENTERS RUUUUNNNNN FOOOOOR YOOUUURRR LIFE!! -- IT'S NOT WORTH IT - NOT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!!!! NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: FOREIGNORS SHOULD GO HOME IF THEY DON'T ADOPT THE AMERICAN LIFE STYLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
