Review for Elmwood Terrace Apartments

This apartment has a lot of space, but the noise that comes from the floor above is unreal, I don't how any one can live in that kind of cindiction, the mangerment would rather release you from your lease than to fix the problem, so than I am forced to fine another place to live, because the floors above when walked on crack and pop so bad.
