Review for Elmwood Terrace Apartments

I lived here for 6 months and noticed that the fixtures and quality of work is done very unprofessional. For example they put in new windows but did not complete the window sill which looks tacky just seeing an ugly wooden board. Also I asked the office people for the front door code and they all lied stating there was no code only a key to use...LIE! I had to get the code from someone living in the building. The office people arent friendly, just liars.
