Apartment Review for Brookside

Brian the manager is very rude with no customer service. Brian will raise his voice at you and is rude. The staff seems like they dislike there jobs. When you come in as a resident it seems like you are bothering them and make you wait. they area is a high crime area. The apartment next to brookside 1 throws their trash in brookside dumpsters. There is a lot of hang outs from people who do not even live at brookside 1. I informed the office and they did not do anything about it. The trash bill is seperate and they raised the trash amount without notice and I informed Brian the manager and told me that he was not going to inform anyone. they are very nice to you until you sign the lease!!! BEWARE!!!BEWARE!!!! pay alittle extra and move some place else. the maintainence Manager does not care about his job
and does not want to try to fix anything properly. People of brookside if you dont care about your jobs leave!!!!! BRIAN stop harrasing the tenants and get a hold of your property seems like someone thinks you can run the property. Just be nice and help your tenents enjoy brookside!!!!!!! I will not recommend anyone to brookside!!!
I am glad im gone!!! to those of you that are considering brookside please think again!!! Do your homework ask other tenants contact the police dept. for crime rates in the area.. If you don't believe me.
