Apartment Review for Elmwood Terrace

If you like drug dealers, thugs, terrible maintenance, and awful apartment managers with no customer service skills than this is the place for you. My wife and I moved to Maryland in May, we were lured to Elmwood Terrace by the semi-affordable rent and the very nice, newly renovated clubhouse. Since we have moved in there has been problems with the public washing machine that took 3+ weeks to get fixed and now leaks water, which is very safe, and now the dryer is broken for two weeks ongoing. Their security people hang out with the thugs smoking pot on the front steps and in the closed in hallways. This has been the single worst apartment living experience in our lives and we are just biding our time to get out of here. Don't be taken in like we were, stay as far away from this ****-hole as you can.
