Apartment Review for Potomac Commons Townhouses

While the townhomes themselves are average (great amount of space- fairly well-maintained) crime in this area is escalating. This is definitely a "sit on you stoop" community. When I lived here, kids were always running around unsupervised near the busy street. A playground is located just across the street, so expect noise to be loud, especially when community sports teams compete on weekends. <P>
If you love to sit and chat with your neighbors or even babysit local kids (parents seem to loose their kids frequently in this community), Potomac Commons Townhomes are for you. If, however, you value a quiet atmosphere, safety and privacy, please live elsewhere! <P>
Try townhomes located off of Old Farm Road-- these will be more expensive, off course, but will be much higher quality. Best of luck. <P>
