Apartment Review for Potomac Commons Townhouses

Office staff was great and tries hard to fix problems....also if need be gives out main number of CO. in charge of them and they as well get things done. Maintenance might get things done right by the third try...certain ones need to keep hands to themslves...they will lie to get out of doing a major job...and will allow certain utility issues to go far beyond needed before corrective action is taken which in turn could cause serious injuries to many if not yourself. Hopefully those issues have been corrected since leaving... they were quite serious in nature. Noise levels werent that great...i was awoken every morning before 7 am by spanish opera like music and so was my young child and my floors vibrated from car music systems after being there for a few months...it WAS QUIET in the beginning. Children were always playing unattended in parking lot...ive seen harm done to some and the parents were no where in site. In some ways i miss the place but...in all i dont think i'd ever move back.Also...i was never given a copy of what damages if any had been done and no reasons for security deposit were sent to me after leaving forwarding address the only reason for putting a no in recommendation area was mainly due to the noises and maintenance..... <P>
