Review for The Colonnade At Kentlands Apartments

Save your time and money - DO NOT CONSIDER RENTING OR BUYING HERE!!! The sales office staff are fake and rude. They pretend to be nice to you to close the deal, but the moment they have your money, they will treat you like crap and will not help you with anything. DO NOT BUY - the condos were very poorly constructed. Cheap materials, crooked walls, poor insulation (you can hear everything!), just to name a few things. The management office staff are useless. The property manager does not know how to do her job and her staff are never helpful and does not want ever want to help you. Maintenance is nice but not very knowledgable. DO NOT RENT - they will kick you out the moment someone wants to buy your unit. Again, the office never wants to help you and the maintenance staff is not very good. OVERALL, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
