I love living here it is wonderfuL. It is quiet,lots of parking and when something is broken it is fixed the Same day. Good prices for rent.

The only thing that comes to mind when I think about my living year experience at the HAMPTONS AT TOWN CENTER is BEWARE. At the time I was a single mother I may have been late but I did pay my rent. The account there SUCKS she often times applied monies incorrectly. PLEASE~ PLEASE BEWARE as a result when my lease was up they indicated I owed additional $1500. I'm seeking legal advice now, because there was money that was not applied to my account. There may have been theft issues. Just beware for your sake.....

The location is good, it's right off the highway and near shopping centers.
Can be really noisy at times.
