Review for Woodside Apartments

You will be dazzled by the politeness of the apartment manager, but don't be fooled. She couldn't give a darn about you after you sign that lease. There is no patrol, people stealing from cars at night, teenagers running around at three in the morning. Before I moved in I didn't realize that the complex is 95% low income families on assistance. I didn't think that when we viewed the apartments and saw all of the nice vehicles outside, but I soon realized that I'm paying almost $1,000 a month for a one bedroom when my neighbor is living in a three bedroom paying $90 driving a benz. Everything breaks after a month, and don't expect any help. My outlets are sparking!! The pool is filthy, so we don't swim there for fear of catching anything. I have been threatened out of my lease, but at the same time I can't get out because I don't have the thousands to buy them out. Do not move here. Save yourself the nightmere of having to deal with this awful leasing manager. She is not as she appears.
