Apartment Reviews for Regency Club - Glen Burnie

For the most part I love the place! The maintance crew is wonderful! Everytime I have had a problem they had fixed it that day or had sent someone to look at it. Great job Bernie, Tony and John! and Antwoine keeps the place looking great with the grounds keeping! The windows and the draft are kinda of cool in the winter and yes they are in need of replacements! The neighbors on the fenced in side are very friendly for the most part. It is very quite and rarely do we have any problems feeling unsafe. The staff at the office has changed a lot. They used to be very personalable and friendly however the amount of work that they do has changed that. Loretta rarly looks up from her desk. Nancy hasn't changed much she still waves to everyone! The only thing that they can't seem to get a handle on is the owners picking up after their pets! <P>

maintenance is great, parking is good, management is not bad but if you are looking for alot of space this is not the place to move. There is only one closet downstairs and it is very small. The kitchen is nice sized and the central air system is kinda wack. It will be hot upstairs but cold down stairs. Or if you have the heat on it is hot upstairs and cold downstairs. The rules are a bit much especially when it comes to music but other then that it's ok.
