Apartment Review for The Metropolitan

It is almost funny how terrible this building is. The management is so horrible it is like they purposely set out to hire the most incompetent employees they could find. The building has constant maintainence problems which cause them to "preform critical repairs" on a monthly basis which require turning off utilites for several hours at a time. If something breaks forget about getting it fixed or even getting a response from the management. For the high prices they charge the building is dirty, loud, and old looking. Save you money and look elsewhere there are so many other great buildings in Bethesda. The only thing that has kept me here for a few years is the location near the metro. But now I've had it, I can't wait until my lease expires so I can get out of this place! <P>
