Review for Highview Terrace Apartments

Generally the apartments are okay. If you overlook the outdated carpet, the windows mad of palastic that had to be installed in 1900. Anything can come through these babies. From the cold wind in the winter to any type of insect in the summer. The mainterance is good and dependable. The property manager sucks. Call only if you want attitude. Lastly, If you don't mind the teenagers smoking weed infront of your building, you'll be fine.
