Review for Highview Terrace Apartments

Police patrols use to be conducted on a regular basis.Whereas now I have'nt seen a squad car in quite some time.Loitering has become the normal as is door slamming & screaming in the hallways.Thanks to several tenants making their apts into make shift day care centers!! I once LOVED living in Highview,now I settle for Highview due to the downfall of P.G.County & the ever increasing crime rate.The one advantage Highview has is the Metro bus does not run late here which keeps the traffic at a minimum and MANY cab drivers need directions to get here! I just can't see living anywhere else yet pray it doesn't become badder than it's getting.Otherwise I'm leaving the county altogether because to me?Highview is the best P.G.County Apartment living has to offer.
