Review for University City Apartments

I lived here for five years while I worked at the Univ of MD then in DC. The rent is cheap. I did not have many maintenance problems. Unfortunately, I noticed that the environment went down hill during those five years. The residents do not respect their property. The location attracted vagrants. Strangers literally hung out in the parking lot. The office lost my rent one month (they admitted that they had a new office manager who could have lost my rent) so they initiated court proceedings immediately. Forget the fact that I paid my rent on time for five years. To their credit, they corrected the problem but only after I received threatening calls from a credit agency. Too many roaches to count. You get what you pay for.
