Review for Harborside Village Apartments

1) Roof leaked for 4 1/2 years. Never repaired correctly. Leaked until the day I moved. Ruined several items of mine. Was advised to put it all through my renters insurance.... 2) A/C unit and washing machine in the apartment above me pouring dirty water through my ceiling and all over carpet. Mold underneath the carpets which were never replaced until I moved out. Sick, hacking and coughing all the time from the excessive amounts of mold.. 3) Had $400 taken out of my security deposit to "bleach and seal" a spot on the floor from pet damage. 4) Ants all summer long. 5) Freezing winters and sweltering summers. $200 a month electric bills due to terribly cheap windows and door seals. 6) Car broke into twice. No real security. Just one man who walked around at night and made note of vehicles that didn't belong parked in the lots.
