Review for Coopers Crossing Apartments

I can not believe new tenants since Oct. 05 are not complaining about the bogus gas bill. There are only a couple of gas meter's on the property and the charges are being split by residents who moved in after 10/05/05. You neighbor may not pay gas but you do. And you are not paying for indiviual usage. This is the biggest group of &^%$&^ I have ever lived under. Watch out for your gas bill!!!!!!!!!!!! My first bill was over a $100 and my stove nor my bathtub worked for the first month, go figure??????
