Apartment Reviews for Kings Square - Landover

The only thing I don't like about Kings Squares aprartments is that people are out on the front all day and all night until sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning. Yes, they do get citations, but that don't seems to matter to them. What does the citations suppose to do? I have to give it to the security guards around there because they try to do their job by telling everyone to leave the front, but as soon as security leave, they are right back out. I don't really mind the noise in the morning or evening , but at night and all night that has to go. Plus people has to work, not them. Every day the hallway smells and look like S%$T. No, I don't invite anyone to my house because of the stinky hallway and the lottering. King Squares just need 24 hr security. <P>
People that was in thier apartments for more than two years should automatically have their walls re- painted. <P>
I love the Security, Maintenance and Staff Office, because they have quick response. Unfortunately, they can't give the security we need, but at lease they are trying most aprtmenets don't have anything. <P>
