I have lived here for a little over a year. I love the building and the apartment. The management staff is awesome. They helped me get another apartment in the building because of a bad roommate situation and they cut my hours back at work. They helped me out of a bad situation that was my problem and they did it quickly and easily. They are #1 in my book! They also gave me $500 for referring a friend that moved in.

OH PLEASE! I lived there for 1 year and couldn't wait to get out. The Leasing Staff were FU's. There was one guy named Brent that was on top of most things...That guy Eric was a joke...and arrogant! The original Leasing staff when the property first opened were great! When the Owner's decided to manage their own property, is when all hell broke loose at that property! I couldn't countdown the days to me moving out fast enough! Gang fights on the parking lot, graffiti on the walls in the stairwell, Howard County Police every night, motorcycle stolen, car breakins, so I truly believe your post must be from the Leasing Office.
