Having to deal with this apartment has been a nightmare and I am trying to get out of the one year lease at this point in time. When we first moved in there was a massive open hole in the ceiling they promised to fix on Monday. Three weeks and a lot of water-dripping from the open Air Conditioner later (carpets ruined and still not shampooed as promised 2 months later) they finally fixed the hole. I have had maintenance walk in without knocking four out of the five times they have come, one time while I was running around half-dressed chasing a toddler who had taken a shower with me. They dis not give us a parking pass as promised so one day we woke up and our car –was gone-! Towed! Of course they took us to the impound and paid the fee to get us our car back but overall this apartment is ****! The air conditioners are turned off during the winter (who the **** does that?) and with my heart disease requiring at least 70 degrees temperature or less I fully intend to hire a lawyer if they do not give me my deposit and allow me to leave. DO NOT TRAP YOURSELF HERE unless you are a drug addict seeking a low maintenance place to live, and you’re not very picky.
