Apartment Review for Crestleigh

I Lived at crestleigh apts for 2 yrs and the thing I could see and understand is ,maintenance is concered and about the apartments, but management is so caught up with raising the rent, that it don;t make adifference about what get fixed on the property and thats evident because, their rental office has been under construction for 2yrs and hasn't been finished yet,so if they can't handle their own bussiness how can satisfy tenants. Crestleigh apts is a joke <P>
