Apartment Review for Larchdale Woods Apartments

I currently live in Parke Laurel and it is a quiet area. The parking on my end is usually full though and I have to park a building or two down which isn't bad (I could use the exercise). I only have seen two bugs and I believe they were brought in by new tenants (company 2 el roaches). The neighbors are not friendly and stay to themselves mostly. They started collecting trash valet(another $ getter). Most of the tenants seem to not work but one couple I heard tell a maintenance man to circle around (sounds like a transaction to me). The gas bill runs me about $90winter and $22summer. No kids outside that really play which is cool if you don't have any but if you do it can be a lonely thing. And there are an excessive amount of pitbulls (thought they were banned but could be a mistake on my part). Its ok! I moving next year not worth a $1,000 a month for a one bedroom. Good Luck! Oh yeah and they keep shutting off the water think that might be a bill in future (hint hint). :) Vote Obama!
