Apartment Review for Tall Oaks

I was very unimpressed from beginning to end. The grounds appear to be acceptable as the model. The nightmares begin when you dig deeper. They offered a promotion of one free month rent. Unlike the other complexes visited, the one free month is with a 13 month lease. How could they possibly add another month to a year. From what I've seen. They should be paying me. Grafitti on the steps to an entry way, tenants with junk on their balconies, rude (and they don't know they are rude) office staff, tattered and worn outdoor carpet going into the stairwell, yes and like the other reviewer I saw, the brightly colored late notices on the front door of a tenant appears to be a slum-lord like management. Do not ignore the warning signs. They are very unresponsive to phone calls. Too long for return calls. Dirty glass in public areas.
