Apartment Reviews for Park Villas - Lexington Park

I lived there for three years. When I first moved in my water/sewage bill was 35.00 per month. After equity management took over my water bill went up to 75.00 per month. Maintence is only there certain days. So if something happens and they aren't there you are SOL until maintence gets there. There was trash on neighbors patio which started on fire. The garbage was only on their patio for about 5 months. I was billed outrageous prices for blinds.. 200.00 bill for blinds that only cost 4.00 at lowes. I replaced all the blinds before I left. When it snowed they didn't plow and we had to shovel our cars out. Make sure you take pictures of the apartment before you move in so they can't rip you off when you leave. There has been numerous management changes while I lived there. They do charge you extra for a fire place and a garden view.. If thats what you call it. You have a view of dog crap.. People leave their dogs crap behind the buildings and on your patio where the rental office doesn't check. Also they had termites last year. All the concrete has bore holes to show that treatment. Also the people above you and below you are loud and you can hear them stomp around at all hours. Numerous complaints to management and I gave up.
