Review for The Commons At White Marsh Apartments

I was never so happy to move out of a place. If the streets were paved in gold, angels sang from the rooftops, and valid currency grew as leaves on the trees, I would still rather perform a root canal on my own genitals with rusty dental tools than live at the Commons at White Marsh. This place is infested with mice. If you seen one, catch him, and you will see another. And another. And another. Total for me during my stay? 37. Got pix of 32. Got sick, so much mouse poop around. A shame I couldn't get that sample for the lawyer. They've got roaches, too. The ceiling sags. Fixtures fall down for no reason. The paint bleads. It's cheap, what can I say? ONly now I hear they want $900 a month to live there. I was paying $720, and that was too much. They tow your ride for no reason, the streets flood if it rains hard, and I mean like 4-5 feet high floods. The mice are ever present and quite good at evading traps (they can't resist bacon. Got them every time with that and Snickers). They will crawl, urinate, and poop on you, in your bed, under your bed. Constant police presents. Thugs everywhere. They even deal drugs in the streets, or you can go see the "ice cream" man at 1am. Don't bother with the business office. The leasing office is full of great salesfolks. The business office could care less about anything other than your rent and if it is in on time. They don't care about you, your mouse problem, your missing ride, or your satisfaction. Avoid at all costs. You will spend the difference between here and the nicer place on mouse traps, bug spray, and the electric bill. Their furnaces are OLD. My bill has dropped even with the rate increase since I left there. Stay away from the Commons. And it's in Middle River, not White Marsh. LOTS of Section 8 and HUD here, and most not the type trying to get off of it, or welfare.
