Apartment Review for Grosvenor Tower

The new management staff is horrible. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, and treat residents badly. They only care about money and are lazy. They have raised the rent extraordinarily high - and beyond what the place is worth. They did nothing when 6 cars in the parking lot were broken into a couple of months ago. They didn't install security cameras or lighting. The electricity is always going out, the water is shut off frequently, and the elevators are always broken.
