Apartment Review for Avalon Fields

If you like hot water, consider a different location. If you like moving in to a clean apartment, this is not your place. If you like the leasing company to fix the issues you have when you move into your apartment, forget about it. If you like consistent air conditioning, they don't have it. The rent is astronomical for the garbage that you get. The gym is not at all like the gym on the "website." Its also only open during odd hours when the rest of the world is at work. We moved in to multiple ink stains on our carpet that were never fixed. The following week, a pipe exploded which led them to put a gigantic hole in our wall and then paint over it in a paint that did not match all the other walls. When we complained about not getting hot water, the maintenence person told us that it was normal for the apartment complex and that we should just get used to it. This place is so expensive for nothing. Go to King Farm is it totally worth it, I wish we never left! <P>
