Apartment Review for White Springs Crossing Apartments

Horrible management. They never answer the phone, trust me, if you just call 3 times during buisness hours you'll see they nearly never answer the phone. I have two cats, wash them monthly and they tried to tell me I had fleas (There was a dog next door that the kid let out without a leash everyday). They charged me for it, wiped out my security deposit and I still owed them 90 dollars. Told me there was no evidence of fleas in any of the other appartments. Not sure how that works out. I'm a very clean person. had a leak in a pipe and called mat...They came out and as the water was dripping "Thats not that bad I wouldn't worry about it." OKAY....so it flooded my closet and they had to get someone in there to replace it(Which they ironically also charged me for, telling me there was extensive damage to the carpet and it had to be replaced..). They later told me it was the hot water heater of the next door neighbor. It flooded again. caused mold under the carpet that I warned them about, but because I didn't put it on paper, I was charged for it. So, if the mat. man tells you "don't worry about it" or "its fine I'll tell them" definately don't believe it. I have many more issues with this place but the bottom line is that these people are crooks, and thieves, call henderson-webb, its 20 minutes away, 200 dollars cheaper a month. this place blows.
