Apartment Review for White Springs

I've been an unfortunate victim of the leasing office at White Springs. Not only do they push these wonderful apartments, but they talk about how their maintenance staff is top notch, and everything is wonderful. Well that could be further from the truth. <P>
The apartments are nice sized, but overpriced. The laundry rooms are nice, but the lights frequenlty break making for dark conditions at night. There are tons of kids as young as elementary age running around as late as midnight, and later, with no parents watching them. There are many used car dealers living within the complex, which makes for nice traffic down the narrow streets. <P>
You are lucky if you get maintenance to come within a week, unless you have a flood coming in your bathroom from an upstrairs neighbor, then you have to wait about a day or two, and then you still have a caving in ceiling for about 2-3 weeks. Lots of fun having family over for Christmas with your bathroom looking like that... <P>
The management office changes staff weekly, there is never a familiar face in the office, and even the property manager changes every couple of months...that has to say something. I am personally counting down the days till we get to move out from that **** hole that we call "home". <P>
