Lived here for over 2 years. This apartment is better than most of my friends condos.

PROS: It is very spacious especially the living room. They have full sized washers and dryers in each unit so your not sharing with the rest of the people in the complex like most people have too. There is tons of parking available even parking garages. The maintenance people are great even though I think I only needed them four times in 2 years which is good. I live on the top floor so I never hear any noise but talking from others who live on lower floors noise is never a complement due to the cement between each floor. The people at the front office are very nice and caring which makes living here much better. They have a relax room with a pool table in the office and a gym with many machines. In the summer time there is a pool to use. The grounds are so well kept which makes going for walks in this complex real nice. Best thing about this place is that everything is right by us such as grocery store, car places, best buy, places to eat which we usually walk too.

CONS: Very high price compared to other apartments but they are so much better than other ones that I have had bad experiences with so it is worth the high price.
There are not too many young people to hang out with but with moslty older people here it is much peaceful.
